U.S. Embassy Announces Two New Agricultural Credit Programs
for Azerbaijan worth $10 Million Dollars

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has authorized two new agricultural commodoties credit programs for Azerbaijan. Under these programs, the United States Commodity Credit Corportation (CCC) will guarantee credit provided by the International Bank of Azerbaijan for $5 million through the Export Credit Guarantee Program and for $5 million through the Supplier Credit Guarantee Program. These two programs support commercial financing for exports of U.S. foods and agricultural commodoties, and encourage U.S. exporters to develop new agricultural trading relationships with potential Azerbaijani partners.
